Weddings are complicated - and most of the time, you've probably never done this before. You'd be forgiven if you didn't know all the ins and outs of what to expect. Not to mention, the videography field has gotten more and more complex over the years. Raw Footage, Highlight Films, Drones... what does it all mean for my wedding film????

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINAL WEDDING FILMS?
This can differ wildly amongst different companies, all the way from roughly 4-6 weeks after your wedding, to 6 months for final delivery.
All our films in our packages are delivered within 4 weeks of your wedding day; this includes all deliverables included with the package, not just your highlight film.
CAN I HELP PICK THE MUSIC FOR THE VIDEO?
Absolutely! We license all our music legally from a few platforms online with a huge selection of tracks and genres. This is very important when choosing a videographer, as not doing this properly can lead to your video being pulled from social media or other sites online.
Most of our couples choose to defer to us for the final decision, but we always consult with you on the types of music you like and what you envision accompanying your wedding film. If you'd like to have a bit more personal touch in the process, we are happy to share our sites with you to browse and make a selection yourself.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
Since we do all our own filming and editing in-house, rather than outsourcing the work, we do have limited availability each year. In depends on the time of year that your wedding will take place, but generally, we recommend you begin the process of booking your videographer about a year out from your wedding date.
WHAT IS YOUR MAIN EVENT RAW FOOTAGE?
If you've been looking for videographers, you've likely come across "Raw Footage" in packages. Unfortunately, this can mean different things with each company you encounter, and clients don't often have a strong grasp on what this entails until they receive their final footage.
Typically, "Raw Footage" means "straight out of the camera" -- un-touched and un-edited clips. Since many modern cameras film in a very flat, low contrast look (in order to provide the best quality in the finished, edited product), this is often what you will receive with other companies' "Raw Footage" offerings.
However, we don't think that is something our couples will truly enjoy going back to watch. Instead, we provide clips of the main events of the day (first looks, ceremony, speeches, formal dances - or other events depending on your cultural traditions) and we add to that our professional color correction and external audio sources.
This way even your Raw Video Clips will look and sound to the same quality you see in our highlight films.

DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE DRONE FOOTAGE?
Yes! All our packages include 4k drone footage by default, and we are legally licensed PART 107 operators.
We are required to follow all federal aviation guidelines, and as such, drone footage is dependent on airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and venue requirements. That said, we nearly always find a way to provide a compromise and provide an alternative option for footage if we are unable to film at the given location or time.
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?
Our standard packages start at $2500 for basic coverage of your day, as well as a highlight film and social media trailer. Our larger packages are great for couples who want a better overview of their day or have a lot of events and may include our Main Event Raw Footage, Cinematic Documentary Film, and more.
That said, what you see is what you will pay with us - we do not charge any additional fees (outside of necessary travel costs, when required).
